Came across some posts on stress /burnout on LinkedIn. It reminds me to share this IOS app 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰, which makes stress “visible”by tracking the HRV(heart rate variability) figures as collected via Apple watch.
It’s said stress has two layers:
➤ One the body is undergoing - as measured by HRV
➤ One is our mental status- it can be logged later in Grow app too (I was told…)
While not sure how much hard science is behind, it does make it easy and fun to monitor stress fluctuations.
By gaining that awareness, we can deliberately take some breaks/breathes, go out a bit under the sun, or chat with some pleasant people.
Besides HRV /Stress indications, it’s more a great health app to help us keep fit.
Among all its features, it’s great on:
1️⃣ Allowing you to select the health habits you’d like to monitor daily, integrate and automatically track them under one goal - making it your ‘perfect day’. 🏵️
The habits can be selected are like Sleep + Activities (stand/move/Kcal) + Water drinking +…..
2️⃣ Displaying workout strengths and the impact on the body and cardio health.
3️⃣ Collect a cluster of body metrics you care about and monitor them under the Profile tab.
The app can be trialled for some days.
Having fun!
Don't get stressed, if it indicates 'stressful' to you. 🤭
