A Hexagon Warrior -> A Hexagon Strategy

- Calling for suggestions, how can Camel (better)support the achieving of your success?

Entrepreneurs know well about the heart-felt meaning of ‘wearing multi-hats’.

In Asia, there is a similar term - An entrepreneur is expected to be a ‘hexagon warrior’, esp. for the early stage.

People who are fan of table tennis might know the person in the picture below - Ma Long.

Japanese commentator described the six aspects of his skillset: strength, speed, technique, serving, defense and experience, with a perfectly shaped hexagon chart.

Somehow the phrase ‘a hexagon warrior’ has been widely adopted in the business world.

While we don't exclude the existence of the perfect person as Ma Long, a hexagon warrior is too rare around us. (I failed to be one myself 😬 …  )

At different stages of a department/business/company, if one can apply well the hexagon strategy, forming that A- structure to manage the key sides of the function/company, he/she IS an excellent leader, a hexagon warrior already!

Similar to ‘team building’, this concept might be of more intention and mindfulness against the goal to be achieved.

The transition from ‘hexagon warrior’ to ‘hexagon strategy’, shall end up with more force, talents and fun to make things happen, to scale it up effectively.

🤲 Here, may I call for suggestions ———

How can I or Camel contribute (better) to one of the strokes of your business hexagon?

Any sharing, is much appreciated! 💟
