Don’t leave it till the last minute

Saw the news about Sara Lee, which has gone into voluntary administration. Sara Lee is one of my favourite ice cream brands. Always feel sorry every time reading such news about a company that has great products.

A company going into administration could be due to a mix of many reasons. And could be after quite progressing of the causing factors. Boiling them down, it’s the financial status ultimately.

2024 is expected to be another tough year for many industries.

Things like supply chain inefficiency might be less obvious and less of a priority, esp. with the easing up of the pandemic influence.

Yet leaving it could be a case of ‘boiling a frog’;

Fixing it, the opposite of above, could quickly spare big funds for a company to invest in critical resources to turn to a positive track! It buys time too.
