Higher Expectations lead to higher performance.

We, humans, are very flexible and amazing creatures!

The positive expectations play such a big part, let's secure a promoting network that's nurturing. ☀️

And, be the booster too! ☀️

In a way, the psychological finding is quite in line with servant leadership and abundance mindset.

A servant leader shares power, puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.

The leader encourages the team to put forward their voices and make decisions, rather than focusing on fighting for his/her own decisions to be enacted, regardlessly.

There is less personal worrying of threat, control and limiting.

More it's the overall team strength, the holistic vision and broader business achievements, i.e. the common abundance, the target.

People of such mindset, i tend to believe they are developing or already have the wisdom to distinguish and to handle the complexity of humanity.
