The issue of inertia/ inaction

i was surprised🤔 

by how long it took until the lady on the wheelchair got assisted…..

While a lot can be interpreted from the street trial, one for the corporate environment is, 

if there is already a very obvious situation/problem that needs attention/ fix, are we to ‘walk pass’ and take it as if nothing there? 

Even if the fix might just take some swift minutes? 

- The issue of inertia/ inaction;

- The causes: the lack of a clear awareness/ understanding and the momentum to act;

- How to solve this, if possible, totally?
