Recently I was bashed badly by website gurus 😅. I have to admit very great points there!
One of the areas to be improved is ‘𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒖𝒔’ section on the website: too much text!
I guess people who knew me may have some resonance there.
Strangers might read it as a pack of plain empty sentences. 🥺
This happens to be of some relation to the phenomenon I’ve been thinking over:
Why did some polished resume holders fail to work things out?
Some companies tried a dozen of people (mid-level to senior managers), yet just couldn’t get the expected results.
Where do I get the confidence tell people 'Why us'?
If distilling the miscellaneous factors related,
I think, it’s a matter of having or not having the following:
Vision + Execution + Leadership

Mindset
While these seem to be common words (on LinkedIn), comes to supply chain management or optimisation, each has its deep and multi-level of meanings.
